HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 242, as amended

1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 3.

2. On page 3, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new paragraphs:

"(3) multiple sclerosis;

(4) damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord, with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity;".
