SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to HOUSE BILL 212, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR KERNAN

1. On page 81, line 24, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:

"D. A teacher who holds a teaching or assignment waiver shall not be assigned to a school that has not made adequate yearly progress for two consecutive years."".
