Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred



HOUSE BILL 114



has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 10, line 16, strike "sewage collection" and insert in lieu thereof "sewer system".



2. On page 11, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new paragraph:

"(7) gray water is applied in a manner that minimizes the potential for contact with people or domestic pets;".



3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.



4. On page 11, strike all of line 6 and insert in lieu thereof "to ensure that the hydraulic capacity of the soil is not exceeded;".



5. On page 11, line 7, strike "and".



6. On page 11, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraph:

"(10) gray water is not discharged to a watercourse; and".



7. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,















and thence referred to the AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
