Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 102, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 4, line 21, after "service" strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and strike "and compensation, if any,".

3. On page 5, line 23, strike "18" and insert in lieu thereof "17".

4. On page 6, strike line 25 in its entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

6. On page 7, line 4, strike "and".

7. On page 7, line 7, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

8. On page 7, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraph and subsection to read:

"(6) issuance of bonds.

B. Only an elected official may vote on resolutions regarding Paragraphs (2) and (6) of Subsection A of this section.".

9. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

10. On page 8, line 11, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "E", and on line 12, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "E".

11. On page 20, strike lines 6 through 9 in their entirety.

12. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

13. On page 21, strike lines 9 through 22 in their entirety.
