1. On page 1, line 21, after "States" insert ", if that person submits proof satisfactory to the department of retirement from the armed forces".

2. On page 2, line 9, strike "E." and insert in lieu thereof "D.".

3. On page 5, line 8, strike "(2)" and insert in lieu thereof "(1)".

4. On page 5, line 8, strike "E" and insert in lieu thereof "D".
