1. Strike Business and Industry Committee Amendment 1.



2. On page 2, lines 11 through 13, strike all underscored material and insert in lieu thereof:



"D. The policy declarant page or if other than a property or casualty contract, the equivalent page, of any insurance contract issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2004, shall be written in both the English and Spanish languages if requested by the insured.".
