2. On page 2, lines 18 through 19, strike the numbers under the Other State Funds and Federal Funds columns and insert in lieu thereof:

"Included in the appropriation for personal services and employee benefits in the program support program is two million four hundred sixty-eight thousand three hundred dollars ($2,468,300) for employee liability insurance. In the event that any portion of that amount is determined to be in excess of the amount billed by the general services department for that insurance line item in fiscal year 2004, a budget adjustment shall be made immediately to transfer the excess amount to the contractual services category of the construction program for road betterment uses.".

18. On page 6, line 7, strike "105" and insert in lieu thereof "133".

19. On page 6, line 10, strike "90%" and insert in lieu thereof "75%".

20. Adjust all totals and subtotals to correspond with these amendments.
