1. On page 170, line 11, under the General Fund column, strike "8,235.9" and insert in lieu thereof "8,735.9".

2. On page 171, line 12, strike "648.7" and insert in lieu thereof "650.0".

3. On page 172, line 4, strike "998.0" and insert in lieu thereof "1,000.0".

4. On page 172, line 5, strike "499.0" and insert in lieu thereof "1,000.0".

5. On page 172, line 8, strike "1,200.0" and insert in lieu thereof "1,750.0".

6. On page 172, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following items, with funding under the General Fund column:

"(e) Advanced placement framework 581.6

(f) Charter schools stimulus fund 200.0

(g) Office of education accountability 500.0

(h) Regional education technology assistance 500.0

(i) Service learning 250.0

(j) Strengthening quality in schools 500.0

"Included in the state equalization guarantee are sufficient funds to provide for formula changes that provide additional program units for teachers certified by the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards and for enrollment growth.".

10. On page 199, line 15, strike "support providers, except educational assistants" and insert in lieu thereof "staff and a minimum salary of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for teachers".

15. On page 200, line 4, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "operational".

16. On page 200, lines 9 and 10, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "thirty-seven million nine hundred seventy-seven thousand three hundred dollars ($37,977,300)".
