1. On page 2, after line 25, insert the following:

"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the designated committee assess the operations, services and eligibility of existing health programs and options to enhance the utilization of public resources to further the state health policy pursuant to Section

9-7-11.1 NMSA 1978; and".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
