Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW MEXICO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL TO DIRECT THE APPROPRIATE INTERIM COMMITTEE".

2. On page 3, lines 4 and 5, strike "administrative office of the courts be requested" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council be requested to direct the appropriate interim committee".

3. On page 3, lines 9 and 10, strike "administrative office of the courts" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council be requested to direct the appropriate interim committee to".

4. On page 3, lines 14 and 15, strike "administrative office of the courts" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council be requested to direct the appropriate interim committee to".

5. On page 3, line 16, after "committee" insert "and the New Mexico legislative council".

6. On page 3, line 19, after "to" insert "the New Mexico Legislative Council,".
