has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "COMMISSION ON HIGHER" and insert in lieu thereof "STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC".

2. On page 2, line 14, strike "commission on higher" and insert in lieu thereof "state department of public" and on line 15, strike "state department of public" and insert in lieu thereof "commission on higher".

3. On page 2, line 20, strike "commission on higher" and insert in lieu thereof "state department of public".

4. On page 2, line 24, after "to" insert "the superintendent of public instruction,".
