     Synopsis of Bill

 

Senate Memorial 1 recognizes Clara R. Apodaca for her distinguished career and leadership across New Mexico and our nation in promoting culture and the arts.  The memorial requests the governor  place a plaque at the Governor’s Art Gallery  recognizing her as the founder of the gallery established in April 1975.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS

 

This bill requires a plaque to be made and displayed in recognition of Clara R. Apodaca.
