SUMMARY
Synopsis
of Bill
Senate Bill 422
appropriates $100.0 from the general fund
to the Office of Indian Affairs for the purpose of contracting for substance abuse prevention
programs for youth in Tohatchi.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$100.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003
shall revert to the general fund.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
There should not be
any administrative implications for the Office of Indian Affairs.
