Senate Bill 349 appropriates $50.0 from the
general fund to the Office of Indian Affairs for the purpose of developing a
feasible flood control plan for housing areas in Coyote Canyon in McKinley
County.

The appropriation of $50.0 contained in this
bill is a or non-recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or
unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to
the general fund.
