SUMMARY
Senate Bill 154 appropriates $189.0 from the general fund to State Board of Finance for the purpose of paying off an emergency loan made by the State Board of Finance to Grant County.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$189.0 contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the general fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003
shall revert to the general fund.
