Synopsis
of Bill
The Senate Public
Affairs Substitute for Senate Bill 150 phases in an increased distribution from
the small counties assistance fund.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
Excess balances in the
small counties assistance fund revert to the general fund. The phase in is calculated to exhaust total
balances in the fund for the foreseeable future. The effect on particular
counties is noted in the table following.
