SUMMARY
Senate Bill 41 increases salaries of elected
county officers by 15 percent, except for county surveyors.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The first impact is indeterminate.
The annual salaries for county surveyors of
class A counties shall not exceed nineteen thousand four hundred forty-two
dollars ($19,442). Except for class H
and A counties, the annual salaries of each county surveyor for all counties
shall be determined at a reasonable rate by the Board of County Commissioners.
