Synopsis of Bill

House Joint Memorial 87 declares February 8, 2002 as “New Mexico Apprenticeship Day” at the Legislature.

Significant Issues

The joint memorial also recognizes the organizations sponsoring apprenticeship programs for their service to the citizens of New Mexico and resolves the all New Mexicans be encouraged to support apprenticeship programs as economically and socially beneficial to the state.
