SUMMARY

 

     Synopsis of Bill

 

House Joint Memorial 5 honors and commends the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the

Sandia National Laboratory for dedicated service to the scientific and technological communities of New Mexico.  In addition, the joint memorial recognizes the labs for their service of over 50 years and their contribution to the safety and security of the United States in the wake of the

terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

There is no appropriation or significant fiscal impact associated with this joint memorial.
