SUMMARY
Synopsis
of Bill
House Bill 486/HENRCS appropriates $250.0 from the general fund to the Office of Indian Affairs purpose of enhancing Government-to-government collaboration between agencies of Indian nations, tribes and pueblos and various state agencies.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $250.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
The Office of Indian
Affairs should not need any additional resources to administer this program.
