SUMMARY
Synopsis
of Bill
House Bill 322
appropriates $50.0 from the general fund to DOH to fund ambulance services for
Mora valley community health services.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$50.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended
or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY03 shall revert to the
general fund.
HB2 contains $3,223.9
to fund emergency medical services statewide as requested by DOH, compared to
the FY01 funding level of $2,702.9.
