FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE YOUNG AMERICAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE FACILITY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for construction of the young American football league facility in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
