FOR PURCHASING WATER RIGHTS FOR THE AMALIA AND COSTILLA AREA ACEQUIAS AFFECTED BY THE INTERSTATE COSTILLA CREEK COMPACT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for purchasing water rights for the Amalia and Costilla area acequias affected by the interstate Costilla creek contract.
