FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE DEL CERRO PARK PROJECT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for continuation of phase 2 construction of the Del Cerro park project in Dona Ana county.
