FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ROSWELL REHABILITATION CENTER IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, renovate and make improvements at the Roswell rehabilitation center in Chaves county.
