FOR A FACILITY FOR THE RAPE CRISIS CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase or renovate a facility for the rape crisis center through the Albuquerque family and community services department in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
