FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM FOR THE SAN PABLO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) to construct a wastewater collection system for the San Pablo mutual domestic water association in Dona Ana county.
