FOR EXPANDING THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COMPLEX IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to purchase land and to construct additional courtrooms and office space to expand the third judicial district complex in Dona Ana county.
