FOR A PERMANENT CLASSROOM FACILITY FOR THE SOUTH VALLEY CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a permanent classroom facility for the South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
