FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LA JOYA COMMUNITY DITCH IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for improvements to the La Joya community ditch as part of the La Joya acequia rehabilitation project in Socorro county.
