FOR CONSTRUCTING A TRAM AT THE LODESTAR FACILITY IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) to construct a tram at the LodeStar facility on Horace mesa at the location designated as Enchanted Skies park alternative 5 in Cibola county.
