FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INTERCHANGE ON INTERSTATE 40 IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seven million dollars ($7,000,000) for a plan, design, environmental study and right-of-way acquisition for the construction of an interchange on interstate 40 at mile marker 102 in Cibola county.
