FOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS AT THE EL RITO CAMPUS OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate and make needed improvements to buildings on the El Rito campus of northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
