FOR EXPANSION OF EL GRITO HEAD START BUILDING IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to expand El Grito head start building in Silver City in Grant county.
