FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE EAST PECOS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION SEWER SYSTEM IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to plan and design improvements for the East Pecos mutual domestic water consumers association sewer system in San Miguel county.
