FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING THE MORIARTY STREETSCAPE PROJECT IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan and design the streetscaping project in Moriarty in Torrance county.
