FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) to purchase ambulances for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to purchase fire protection apparatus for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to purchase patrol vehicles for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
