FOR PURCHASING AND RENOVATING LAND AND BUILDINGS FOR THE WHEELS MUSEUM, INCORPORATED, IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for the city of Albuquerque to purchase and renovate land and buildings on the historic Santa Fe rail yard for the Wheels museum, incorporated, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for the city of Albuquerque to purchase land adjacent to the Santa Fe rail yard, which is critical for developing the site for the Wheels museum, incorporated, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
