FOR NOISE BARRIERS ON INTERSTATE 25 SOUTH OF COAL AVENUE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four million dollars ($4,000,000) to construct noise barriers on interstate 25 south of Coal avenue in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
