FOR REMEDIATION OF A CONTAMINATED GROUND WATER SITE IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty-two thousand dollars ($352,000) for remediation of a contaminated ground water site in the downtown area of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
