SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 820

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Richard M. Romero

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to develop Serna little league baseball park in the south valley area of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

• to the state department of public education

two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) for educational technology at Rio Grande high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
