FOR PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INSPECTION FACILITY AT THE SANTA TERESA PORT OF ENTRY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of public safety

one million five hundred fourteen thousand three hundred eighty-three dollars ($1,514,383) to complete phase 2 construction and equip and install a platform static scale at the Santa Teresa port of entry in Dona Ana county.
