FOR STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ON WEST CENTRAL AVENUE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million six hundred thousand dollars ($2,600,000) to design and construct streetscape improvements on west Central avenue from Eighth street to Coors boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
