45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Richard M. Romero

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO A CITY-OWNED BUILDING AND A HISTORIC DINNER THEATER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate a historic dinner theater in downtown Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to make capital improvements, including demolition and reconstruction, of a city-owned building in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
