FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE VILLELA PARK PLAY AREA IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to make capital improvements, including renovations to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, landscaping and irrigation, at the Villela park play area in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
