45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million sixty thousand dollars ($1,060,000) to plan, design and construct a facility for the department of public safety in Taos county;

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) for paving and fencing improvements at the department of public safety in Taos county;

fifty-six thousand dollars ($56,000) to furnish the department of public safety in Taos county; and

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) for an indoor firing range for the department of public safety in Taos county.
