FOR PURCHASING HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE ROAD DEPARTMENT IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase heavy equipment for the county road department in Valencia county.
