FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIO DEL ORO NORTH LOOP IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred seventy-six thousand two hundred dollars ($276,200) to pave the Rio del Oro north loop and the access road to the career academy in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
