FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CUCHILLO VALLEY WATER USERS ACEQUIA ASSOCIATION IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for water system improvements, including constructing a dam, controlled inlet and pipeline water transfer system, for the Cuchillo Valley water users acequia association in Sierra county.
