REQUESTED BY John Arthur Smith

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct the expansion of and to equip the Mimbres Valley learning center in Luna county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to make improvements to or to construct recreation facilities in Luna county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a swimming pool in Columbus in Luna county.
